These terms govern your purchase and use of the 21-Day Subliminal Reset. They form a contract between you (the customer) and us (the seller). Please read them before purchasing. By purchasing the program, you confirm you have read and accept these terms.
The 21-Day Subliminal Reset is sold and delivered by Justo Cesar Cruz Rosario, sole trader, registered at Arnhem, Netherlands. KVK registration pending. Trading as JDJ Wellness. Contact: support@justdivinejourney.com.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, the receipt, and EU VAT on our behalf. The product itself is sold by us.
The 21-Day Subliminal Reset is a digital audio program consisting of:
The program is delivered through Kit (our course delivery platform). After purchase, you receive a welcome email with access instructions and your Day 1 link.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the program. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this age requirement and you accept these terms.
The program is intended for general wellness and personal-development use. It is not appropriate for everyone (see section 9 on health and safety).
The current price for the 21-Day Subliminal Reset is shown on the landing page at 21dayreset.carrd.co and at checkout. We may change the price at any time, but you pay the price shown at the moment you complete checkout.
Lemon Squeezy collects payment at checkout in the currency displayed (euros by default). EU VAT is added at the rate applicable to your country if you are a consumer in the EU; EU businesses with a valid VAT-ID may use reverse charge; non-EU purchases are zero-rated. The receipt Lemon Squeezy issues is your official tax invoice for the purchase.
We accept the payment methods Lemon Squeezy supports (major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and others, depending on your country).
After your payment is confirmed, you receive a welcome email within a few minutes that contains your access link. If you do not receive it within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact us at support@justdivinejourney.com and we will resend.
The program is delivered as one daily release across 21 days. Once delivered, each day's content remains in your account permanently as part of your lifetime access.
Standard EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) gives consumers a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is waived by the consumer at the moment of purchase, on the condition that the consumer has been informed of the waiver and consented to it.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon purchase, and you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for that reason. This waiver is required because the product is delivered digitally and immediately; we have no way to "return" digital content that has been delivered.

Refunds, when issued, return to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to access and use the 21-Day Subliminal Reset materials (the audio, the journal prompts, the integration guide) for your personal, non-commercial use only.

The 21-Day Subliminal Reset is a wellness program, not medical or psychological treatment. It is designed to support nervous-system regulation and personal reflection. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

The program is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or any professional health service. We make no claims, express or implied, about specific results you will experience from using the program. Individual experiences with subliminal audio and self-directed wellness practices vary substantially. Any testimonials or case studies on our marketing materials reflect those individuals' subjective experiences and are not representative of typical results.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU consumer law:
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms (section 8). We will notify you by email before terminating access for any reason other than urgent safety issues.
If you wish to delete your account and end your access, contact us at support@justdivinejourney.com. Note that account deletion is permanent and we cannot restore access later (we delete the account when you ask us to).
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes (changes that affect your rights or obligations), we will notify you by email at the address you provided at purchase, and the changes take effect 30 days after notice. If you do not accept the changes, you may continue to use your existing access under the previous terms until you stop using the service, but new purchases will be under the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve directly, the courts of Arnhem, Netherlands have jurisdiction, except where Dutch or EU consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
